I love what I do. Really.

Everyday is a new day to create something magical, something profound, funny or deeply moving. We are change makers who get to play with blank pieces of paper and screens. To create stories and events that change peoples perceptions.

Which would all be not possible without the people, the energy and the teamwork.

That is where I come in.

I have boundless amounts of positive energy, it’s not forced or put on. It is just how I am.

Everyday starts and ends with the same enthusiasm and positivity. It binds departments, lifts weary creatives and gives power back to jaded colleagues working on tough accounts. I approach the larger and smaller jobs with equal commitment and sense of opportunity.

I am kind and generous with praise, but hard on the work.

I get people. And I like them. I believe I am emotionally very aware, which helps with insights and understanding different audiences, no matter what their background is.

Having worked across multiple markets from South Africa to Australia and Asia, it has kept me curious. I look at the obvious from a different point of view. I have a great depth of knowledge and take pleasure in making it available to everyone in the team. Not just the younger creatives, but all involved.

I believe that great work does not just come from a good creative department, but the entire agency working as a unit.

I have a totally integrated mind-set when it comes to the business and the work, and how one big idea must work across all platforms and media avenues.
